The Swamphen is the latest addition to our fleet. The boat is custom built for ferrying passengers on inland waterways, it is surveyed with NSW Waterways and licensed to carry up to 18 passengers. Cruises are available on weekends to the public during our summer weekend season on a limited timetable. Group bookings are available all year, contact us for booking enquiries.
Our twilight cruises are very popular. As the sun sets we wind
our way down river to view an amazing variety of wildlife. See
thousands of birds roosting for the night, micro bats swooping
across the water catching insects, kangaroos swimming and much
more. Our guide knows where to look and what to look for. Learn
about the local ecology and history on this entertaining tour.

In conjunction with Nolan Tours Mudgee and The Globe Hotel Rylstone, Wollemi Afloat now offer the "Wollemi Wilderness Tour" . Travel by bus from Mudgee to Dunns Swamp for morning tea, then enjoy a 2 hour river cruise on the Swamphen (if its hot bring a towel for a swim). Return to Rylstone for lunch at The Globe Hotel (delicious food and great atmosphere). On the journey back to Mudgee there is a choice of interesting places to stop and visit.
